Terms & Conditions

 

We have a minimum order value for your first-time order.

The minimum initial order value in Sweden is 10 000 SEK (exkl. VAT)

The initial order value for international and EU customers is 1000 EUR

All orders are considered binding. In case of order cancellation, a fee of 15% of the total order value will be charged.

If a product is out of stock, we will backorder it. Once we receive the backordered item, we will send it to you. If you do not wish to receive the backordered item, you can always contact us to cancel it.

Prices

All prices are exclusive of VAT. We at Noori Objects AB reserve the right to make other price adjustments that are beyond our control, such as changes in exchange rates or raw material prices.

Payment

At Noori Objects AB, you will receive a 20-day credit after an approved credit check. Alternatively, advance payment is accepted.

Please provide the invoice number when making the payment.

In case of delayed or missing payment, you will be charged a late payment interest rate, currently 18%.

Minimum Order Quantity

If you order less than what is stated in the catalog/price list, we will automatically raise it to the minimum order quantity.

Delivery Delay

There may be situations that make it impossible for us to fulfill an order, such as if our suppliers are unable to fulfill their commitments to us.

Noori Objects AB reserves the right to disclaim liability for compensation to the customer in such situations or in case of delivery delays.

Important! In rare cases, the carrier may misplace letters and packages. We do not provide compensation for such cases, but we will certainly do everything in our power to assist you in locating the delivery as our customer.

Shipping

The goods are delivered with DHL within Sweden and to other countries with Dachser.

Shipping costs always apply. We charge the same amount which is charge by the shipping company.

Complaints

Any complaints should reach us no later than 8 days after receiving the goods so that we can address the issue.

Transport damages should be reported directly to the carrier and will be compensated by the carrier, not by Noori Objects AB.

Upon delivery, you must inspect the goods immediately! If there are signs of damage or theft, you must leave a written note on the delivery receipt for the driver to sign. Failure to leave any remarks may result in the inability to claim compensation for your damaged or stolen goods.

Returns to us should be made in the original packaging and after written approval from Noori Objects AB
